Scenario.bin is a file that controls the main flow of the game, specifying scenario flags and parameters like music that plays in specific moments.

Used in:

Yakuza 5, Ishin, Zero, Kiwami and Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise are using the overhauled version of this format - BIN (scenario2).
